Littleton is for Locavores Expands to Highlight the Power of Shopping Local & Making Your Own! The event is a hub of creativity, sustainability, and hands-on learning as the community gathers for the 4th Annual Earth Day Celebration. This year’s theme, Littleton is for Locavores, expands beyond local food to spotlight Littleton’s thriving maker culture and the power of keeping money in the community. Unlike big-box retailers and online giants, Littleton’s businesses don’t just sell products—they make them.
From handcrafted foods and locally raised meat, to custom clothing, herbal remedies, and refillable cleaning supplies, this event will celebrate the artisans, makers, and DIYers shaping a more sustainable, self-sufficient future.
