Littleton WWII Memorial in Ketring Park
This stunning memorial stands as a tribute to the local WWII veterans who dedicated themselves to building a monument in Littleton. The peaceful setting near a lake allows visitors to reflect on—and never forget—the sacrifices made by millions of men and women who served their country in the cause of freedom. The memorial was completed in 2000, four years before the national WWII memorial, and includes educational plaques and memorial bricks. Ketring Park itself features large trees, open areas, and a walk around a scenic lake. To learn more, pick up “The Story of the Littleton World War II Memorial” inside the Littleton Museum.
