Yoga at the Farmers Market
Join us for a slow 1-hour flow before you stock up on local food at the Downtown Littleton Farmers Market. First and third Sunday of every month. Meet in the parking lot of Kate’s Wine Bar – we’ll practice in the shady part on the West side of the parking lot. Bring your own mat and any props you may need. We practice on the concrete, so extra padding for knees may be helpful. All ability levels and kids welcome. Donation based.
