Lecture by Dr. Ariana Curtis of the Smithsonian
Join us for a lecture by Dr. Ariana Curtis, the first curator of Latinx Studies at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC), where she leads research and collections that center Latinidad through an African American lens.
This event is in conjunction with the “A Place for All People: Introducing the National Museum of African American History and Culture” poster exhibition on display in the Littleton Museum’s art gallery.
Thursday, October 17 at the Littleton Museum (6028 S. Gallup St.) Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; Lecture from 6 – 7 p.m.
